All orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and ineligible for cancellation. The Boadi Collection is not liable for lost or stolen packages. All Marketplace sales are final.

Purchasing from this site you understand and agree that all sales are final - due to sanitation and customization purposes, we can not resell once orders are placed, shipped, used, or lace has been cut or altered. Returns and refunds are NOT accepted under any circumstance.

(You) as the customer are responsible for measuring your head circumference for custom wig units so that the wig will fit your head perfectly. We make the wig based off of the measurements provided to us. An order can not even be placed for custom wigs without YOU the customer selecting the circumference of your head. If a unit does not fit accordingly, it is at the fault of the customer.

Custom wigs take a processing time of 7-10 business days after purchase is initiated, please keep that in mind before ordering. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm order and to also inform you once your wig construction has begun. Please do not use social media as a form of contact for customer service for your order, but instead email boadicollection@gmail.com or we may not receive your questions, concerns, and/or order efficiently.

To prevent fraud, your billing address and shipping address for purchases must match or we will immediately cancel the order.

All packages from us will require signature confirmation. 

We do not save credit card information, but may or may not save email correspondence, social media correspondence and invoice details up to one year for billing disputes purposes.
